Customers in more rural or mountainous municipalities may have slightly longer windows depending on route availability.

Same-Day Delivery for Residential and Commercial Customers

Tropigas offers same-day propane delivery for residential and commercial customers throughout Puerto Rico, depending on the time of your service request. The best time to call is when your tank gauge reads between 25% and 30%. At that level, you have enough buffer to wait for your scheduled delivery without risking an outage. Waiting until the tank is at 10% or below creates pressure situations that can delay other customers and increase your risk of running out.

For residential tanks of 120 gallons, 250 gallons, or 500 gallons, reaching 30% means you have roughly 36, 67, or 135 gallons remaining respectively. That gives you a comfortable window to schedule without urgency.
