How Rural Delivery Works

Customers in rural and mountain municipalities are encouraged to monitor their tank levels more closely and schedule deliveries earlier than metropolitan customers. Rural routes may have fewer delivery days per week depending on demand and road conditions.

We recommend calling when your tank reaches 30% to 35% capacity rather than 25% if you are in a remote municipality. This gives more buffer in case of any route delays.
